Asphalt milling and resurfacing consisted of milling existing asphalt, performing Item 253 Partial Depth Asphalt Repairs, performing Item 255 Full-depth Concrete Repairs in areas with a significant concrete slab present, cleaning milled sections, application of Chip Seal for leveling of milled surface and placing intermediate and surface courses, curb removal and replacement, casting adjustments and/or reconstructions, and temporary and/or permanent pavement striping across both phases of project. Multiple sections of sidewalk and multiple types of ADA curb ramps were removed and replaced along both phases of work.
